1. General servicing - S$30 per unit (min. 2 units)


2. Chemical cleaning - S$50 per unit (min. 2 units)


3. Steam and chemical cleaning - S$60 per unit (min. 2 units)


(For aircon issues such as water leaking/ sweating on trunking/ aircon not cold/ no air or irregular airflow/ blockage / foul smell, etc)


We use pressured steam and water spray to flush the fancoil. Benefits: - cheaper alternative than usual overhaul which cost $150 to $180 per unit - steam cleaning kills bacteria that grows in the fancoil due to moist environment


4. Chemical Overhaul (chemical with dismantle) S$150 per unit


(Serious blockage and foul smell & for aircon which have not been serviced for a long time) Dismantle the whole fancoil unit for thorough cleaning


5. Gas top up - $60


6. Repair – Checking at S$40, will be waived if any servicing/ repair work is done


Transport charge of $30 will be charged if servicing for less than 2 aircon units.

Pr Application chances for who living in jb

Hi all, about 4 months ago I applied for pr. My application currently pending. I add my husband to my application. Since my salary range not enough to bring my husband to sg so that’s why we staying in jb in fist place:) But now we have some savings for the new start in sg. During my application form I couldn’t fill the address section since I don’t have any local address:/ may I know is there any chance for us to get pr or if no local address no pr ](*,)

I used to run a pte ltd business (back in 2017) which has been strucked off. My ex-partner from previous digital marketing venture, whom is a foreigner facing limited cashflow, requested me to act as a local (nominee) director for a new incorporation doing grocery/minimart provision by FY 2024. And, I'm about to incorporate my own company doing currency futures.

Question
When I humbly requested for transparency on company's activity, inline with Company Act, she's unwilling to reveal the complete modus operandi - citing her shareholder(s) might not approve due to trademark/trade-secret infringement especially on product line and manufacturing concern.

Her sincerity to establish an incorporation with a business plan (including hiring locals with the potential to expand into a chain) is appealing. So, my .....
