Sports Camps Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic, experienced Marketing and Events management individual to support the delivery of various sporting camps and programmes for children, conducted at the Singapore Cricket Club and within other educational organisations.


Job Scope Marketing


Essential
1) Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies


2) Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, enews letters, etc


3) Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking,messaging and audience identification


4) Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content 5) Writing, creating and proofreading copy for the website, social media and newsletter



Event Management - Essential


1) Manage the development, execution and delivery of events from the proposal stage to actual event delivery.


2) Manage registrations and payments


3) Source and manage event vendors


4) Post event management (Budgets, Surveys, etc)


5) Strong project management skills to manage event schedules and deadlines.



Business Development - Essential


1) Creating an efficient company structure for the business
2) Conduct other administrative duties in accordance with the company directors
3) Source key personnel to grow the business
4) Creating sales leads and new accounts for enhanced revenue generation

Creative Design - Desirable


1) Being able to use Adobe Softwares to create content for flyers, posters, etc - Eg, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
2) Creative & Persuasive writing


- Can do attitude
- Works well in a team yet able to work effetively independantly
- Pro active and shows initiative
- Independent, critical thinking, creative
- Comfortable working within a child driven environment
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing(photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Package: Competitive salary Candidates would need to start asap and commit to a 3 month term. Contract renewable every 3 months with scope to be engaged on a full time basis.
