Looking for a highly organized, motivated and enthusiastic individuals! GMC Software Technology is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Asia Pacific team located in our Singapore Office. GMC is offering a challenging position, that will allow you to further develop your skills and grow professionally, while working in a fun, stimulating and supportive environment.

The candidate must be open-minded, flexible and solution orientated. The successful candidate in this role will report directly to the Executive VP of HR (Global) and will be responsible for Human Resources Business Partner support for the Senior Management team. Candidates should be graduates of a Human Resources and/or Business Management discipline ideally with some previous experience providing HR business partner support. This is a full time opportunity, as a result candidates must be able to work standard business hours. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, with additional benefits if hired.

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but were not limited to:
Perform full cycle recruitment and evaluates candidates for select positions at headquarters.
Maintains records related to the aforementioned. Also conducting exit interviews.
Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Support people’s development by working on specific programs with HR head and local management
Identify talents and work on Talent’s retention programs
Advise Management on compensation and benefits and support compensation plan implementation
Act as a resource for Senior Management to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and Human Resources policies and regulations.
Keeping management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate.
Maintain Human Resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases;
tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Ensure employee understanding of company policies and procedures as well as benefit programs by, regularly generating communication and counseling employees/dependents as situations arise.
Resolves employee complaints related to health, welfare plans, and policies, referring difficult or very complex complaints to manager as needed.
Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies, procedures and related documents as needed.
Use multiply means of communication to communicate the aforementioned information.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplish Human Resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Management or related discipline.
At least 5 year(s) experience in Human Resources Business Partner role in IT industry.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
Fluent English in speech and writing.
Fluent in Chinese in speech, writing is a plus but not mandatory.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Highly organized and proven ability to complete projects or assignments on time.
A sharp eye for detail and a logical and analytical mind.
Problem solving techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills and an ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional, friendly and positive attitude.
Self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal skills and advisory orientation.
Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver on time-sensitive deadlines.
