Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities
• Responsible for design and development of high quality precision mechanical systems.
• Work closely with Electrical and Software Engineers to define the requirements for the creation of business solutions
• Responsible for mechanical component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, overall system integration, and finally release to manufacturing for installation.
• Require to work with customer on co-development projects.
• Able to work extended hours in critical phases of project execution
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines
• 2-3 years' experience in equipment design environment
Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities
• Plan and lead engineering activities for projects including new plants, plant expansions and new technology implementations.
• Design, procure, develop, commission and qualify new equipment.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to provide innovative engineering solutions for continued process improvements.
• Lead or support compliance to quality management systems, with involvement in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action.
• Adhere to all EHS rules, regulations and risk assessments to prevent injuries and pollution to the environment.
Requirements
Degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SPC and 6 Sigma.
• Working proficiency in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and able to read P&ID diagram.
• Proficient in mechanical design techniques using modeling software such as SolidWorks CAD, ProE or SolidWorks 3D.
