Salary Range: $2500 to $4000
Location: Esplanade / City Hall Area (South Beach)
Main responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to 2 founding directors (Indian & Singaporean Chinese)
Assist with preparation of documents and correspondence
Maintain proper system of softcopy and hardcopy files and records
Maintain calendars and time records
Prepare expense report and client billings
Takes and transcribes dictation
Assist with partners’ administrative and personal work
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant working experience
Good in documentation and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate, deal courteously/ effectively with others
Ability to read, interpret and follow instructions
