Do you know that you can create your second “job” that allow you to work anytime and anywhere without quitting your day job?
This second “job” is one that only require your time and laptop/smartphone.
With this second “job”, many people have been able to generate passive income monthly.
Of course it takes time to build it as this is not a get rich quick scheme.

My friend have been conducting Free Workshop to teach others and many of them have succeeded in creating their passive income from these second “job”.

About work - I don't doubt that you have a lot to never have to work. I was more curious about how you would approach the matter of work knowing that you no longer have to work for the money.

I am moving to Bangalore which happens to be an IT hub. The easiest thing to do there is finding an IT job. While everyone else will be trying to aim for the highest salary and growth, I can take a relaxed job if I want to.

I dont believe free lancing etc makes sense. I may upgrade my skills since in the last 15 years in Singapore I didn't have the motivation to learn anything new.

I might learn Python and Cloud and see if I can get some interesting work to do.

Loses money on every property he has bought

Call it bad luck or lack of research, I have a friend whom I spoke to recently. Who has bought several properties in the past years and either did not make money from it (breakeven) or lost money. I was rather surprised because with a reasonably decent location one should be able to make money from the investment. Some locations were in city but I would think the specific projects were just not as desirable.

Any AEIS experienced parents here?

Hi - we are in SG for last 5 years and would very much like our daughter (2017 born) to go for public school education. We didn't got allotment during P1 Admission exercise for Foreigners and trying the AEIS route this year for P2. Would love to know experience of any family who is going through AEIS route or has gone through it? Especially, how many seats are typically there? what to prepare for and expect in exams?
Any guidance / advise would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.
