1. Online Management:
 Website update on both IPv6 Forum (SG Chapter) and Progreso websites
 Source for “free” training course listing websites and other listing sites to update Progreso courses and its information on the sites
 Social Media post update
 Online lead sourcing through IT directories (for SI and other vertical industries)
 Schedule for eDM circulation via Constant Contact


2. Event Management:
 Preparation of event materials
 On-site support for events and corporate training course
 Conduct telemarketing campaign for event invitation and as well to market company’s training courses.
 Create Attendance List and to call for REMINDER and CONFIRMATION to the event
 Assist in sending event confirmation to delegates
 Data Entry for lead generation activities
 Liaise with vendors when necessary


3. Database Management
 Database Cleaning and Update (link to telemarketing campaign and eDM blasting)
 Categorise current database
 CRM Importing and Update


4. Marketing Collateral Management
 Able to learn the designing software such as Photoshop and Publisher for collaterals creation and update
 Manage and Update marketing collaterals
