Client Account Manager
The role will likely suit a young graduate looking to get started in a real estate industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to Business Development Manager
Research and lead generation
Sales and business development
Seek out and attend networking events to generate leads and promote the company service
Prospecting and account management by telephone
Become conversant with property and property related products
Discuss prospective clients requirements with a view to arranging meetings
Utilisation of cloud business management suite to record activity
Provide weekly and monthly reports upon request
Track leads, prospects, customers and all pertinent information
Manage consultants diary, confirm appointments track call backs
Meet clients face to face
REQUIREMENTS:
1 – 3 years working experience in tele-conversations with clients
A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with integrity and ethically
Ability to follow directions from manager, to interact with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules and procedures and to accept constructive criticism
Fluent spoken and written English
Self-starter, possessing drive and determination to generate prospective client lead
Personable with the ability to network effectively
No prior property industry experience required, however previous sales / customer service experience is a bonus

Did anybody recently renewed their EP after Compass came into full effect in 2024?
My EP up for renewal now and I meet the salary threshold the company is an MNC and only has 2 employees including me , the second one is a singaporean citizen.I am Indian national with a Diploma working here on EP for 12 years and 5 EP renewals 😂😓
How things have changed lol now EP feels like PR ..
