Special situation-Divorced Dad needs room 5 nights/month
Special situation-
I need a room, ideally a master bedroom with attached toilet, for just 5 nights a month (two weekends).
Need to be able to have my two daughters (age 10 and 12) over for parental weekends.
Need to be able to do light cooking and laundry.
Divorced American dad, clean, professional.
Daughters are well behaved and clean.
Start June 1 or July 1.
Do not need to use room other than 2 weekends a month.
