Furnished & Clean Room in 110B, Punggol Field
We are a Singaporean Chinese retired couple who lives in the same apartment. There's also an young Chinese male tenant (works in the healthcare industry) in the same apartment. You will have your own private room.
Our place is very clean - and we want our guests to be as clean and quiet. It is a small room, and you are provided with a single size bed (we just bought the room a new mattress and fan), a desk, dressers and a small wardrobe.
There's extra storage room if you need to put things away. Washer, fridge and microwave are shared, as is bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Cleaning tools are provided - duster, broom, vacuum machine, swiffer, etc.. You are expected to keep your own room clean. No food to be left overnight in the room (it may attract ants or insects).
It is 1/2 a block away from a coffee shop and a supermarket (both are 24hrs). You can come back at anytime and still eat or get daily necessities downstairs. There's also bus-stop and LRT station in the same area that will take you anywhere to downtown. We are close to Seng Kang Compass Point Shopping Mall and Punggol Plaza. It's also close to Changi Airport.
There's also lots of greenery in the gardens here. The roof-top garden is only one floor below.
Meridian LRT station is 3 minutes walk away - it connects you to Punggol MRT which takes you downtown in 30 minutes. Punggol MRT is on the North East line of the Mass Rapid Transit train system, and takes about 20 minutes to reach Chinatown.
There's multi-storey parking available, and a rooftop garden just one floor below.
It is also close to the award-winning Punggol Waterway Park (15-20 minutes walk away). You can google it for more pictures.
