I am interested to move to a better place with a lower cost, and also interested to share a flat. So, I could meet new flatmates.


What I'm looking for is a furnished room with basic amenities and additional things or conditions such as:
- WiFi
- Air Conditioning
- Normal visitors allowed
- Not living with the owner
- Within walking distance to nearby MRT station or accessible by bus.
- No agent fee.


I'm 28 years old. So, it would also be good to live with flatmates in their 20s or 30s.


I'm working as a software developer since September 2011. Other than that I like swimming, snorkeling, traveling to exotic places, and just started scuba diving.
