Wanted Pre-Loved Boys clothes
As hubby is away, I am left to support 3 children on my own. Due to tight financial condition and barely having enough to put food on the table, I cannot afford any new clothes for my boys of age 6 and 10. They are of medium build. If you have any suitable clothes to give away, do kindly consider donating it to me. Thanks!

Oh ok, that is bad.
Again, screenshot on all the photos and chats to prove your case.
At the end of the day, the tribunal will mediate the dispute between the parties, trust the tribunal to remain fair and just as long as you have all the evidence.
Don't understand why the Landlord has gone such length to demand more costs from you.

If there are forum members from US, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, you are taxed like a Singaporean when you are buying a residential property in Singapore.
Would love to hear from Expats from the above countries what's their take on buying property in Singapore.

So the landlord claimed that we have taken all the nets with us and is putting a huge amount against it, saying that she has to buy all new ones. Now we have the photo from her agent after we had moved out saying that one of the nets is a little broken from the corner, proving that the nets were all there. This seems like a contempt of court as this is an outright lie. Because this is something we can easily prove, doesn’t this affect her whole case? If she can make up one lie like this, what is stopping her from making others

Ground floor units and penthouse lower in per square foot
Other than having more outdoor spaces, like roof terraces and balcony spaces hence psf are lower, what are usually other factors that makes ground floor and penthouses lower in per square foot compared to regular units?

Re: Ants are driving me mad!!!
I'll find the source of the holes where the ants come and take blue tac to seal off the holes and they usually disappear after.
