Hi there,


We�re a British couple in our early 30s looking to rent a master/ large room with own bathroom.


We�re looking to move by end of April.


We�ve been living in Siglap on the East Coast for the past (almost) 2 years so could consider staying around here any area other considered if close to MRT .


We both work full time in the city and enjoy running in our spare time so whilst we enjoy the odd beer or two we�re not party animals so we should be fairly easy and laid-back to live with 


We�re looking for a place that�s kept clean and tidy and would like to share with one or two other people.


We only do a bit of cooking but would like to have the option to be able to do so.


We�re looking for a condo/ apartment (ideally with a pool but not essential).


If you have something in mind we�d be happy to hear from you :-) we�re available evenings and weekends for viewings.


Preferred areas: East Coast/Siglap, Orchard/Somerset, Other central (not Farrer Park).
