I stayed in Singapore before for 6 months (October 2008 - March 2009).


Now, I`m back working since the end of August 2011 until the present.


I`m working as an iOS applications developer around Tanjong Pagar area, and I`ve been renting a room in Lakeside area.

I`m deciding to move to a better place and would be interested to share a flat or to rent a room. What I`m looking for is a furnished room with basic amenities and it would be good to have additional things or conditions such as:


- WiFi
- Air Conditioning
- Visitors allowed
- Not living with the owner
- Within walking distance to nearby MRT station or accessible by bus.
- No agent fee.


I`m 27 years old, so it would also be good to live with flatmates in their 20s or 30s
