Client Services Executive, global company
A growing, successful company is looking for an experienced customer focused person (previous account management experience is a must) bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Working in a friendly professional team, you will be the central point for all clients� queries, providing advice, support, direction and training to them. You will also analyse client trends and advise the business on client feedback and changes. This role is key to the business!
The successful candidate will have first class customer services skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player but also have the ability to work autonomously and display leadership in his/her work.
