S'pore citizen helping a spanish (catalan) friend to look for a condo room to rent or to share a condo flat with other expat professionals.


He will be arriving end Nov 2006, age 25, male, speaks english, spanish, catalan and some french and italian. well-travelled, friendly, clean, cooks great spanish food.


Requirements:
-Location: no more than 5mins walk from following MRTs: Clementi, Dover, Queenstown, Commonwealth, Redhill, Tiong Bahru


-Condo (doesnt have to be a new condo) must have Gym facilities, Air conditioning, broadband wireless internet


-Looking for clean, preferably non-smoking and friendly flatmates


-Rent amount should include PUB utilities
