About Me:


My name is Brendon and I am 23 year old expat from Australia. I arrived in Singapore on the 1st of July and am working as a Project Manager for a company in Tanjong Pagar. I am outgoing and I enjoy socialising.


I have been receiving a lot of responses however I am looking around to find something that I like.
What I am looking for:
- A furnished room in a Condo or HDB
- Sharing with young people.
- A place with a kitchen that can be used for more than just light cooking,
- Close to an MRT station (not more than a few minute walk to MRT or bus to MRT)
- Rent between $800-$1200 month


- Area: See picture below. I have been looking at places outside of this area but I would rather live in this area which isn�t too far from work and not too expensive a cab ride after a night out.


I do not want to live with a family and I would prefer to find a place without agent fee�s.
