Hi all,


I am a Malaysian PR Chinese 28 years old.


Currently me and my fiances are looking for a master bed room nearby Bukit Merah or Queens Town Area.


We are both entry executives working from Morning 8am to 6pm in weekdays.


The location of room we preferred must be nearby MRT station and nearby mini-marts with minimum facilities around like clinic, food court/ coffee shop.


The room must be Air-conditioned, cozy, attached bath room with minimum furnished, working desk, bed, chair, ceiling fan, and florescent lamps.


we are able to sign 2 years contract if owner request.
