We are looking to share a flat we found in Novena right near the MRT. It is a great place in a quite area but steps away from bars and restaruants.
The flat is 1300 square feet, a wet and dry kitchen, living room, dining room, and three balconys. The flat has agated entry and is about 7 minute walk to Novena MRT. The unit has no tentants at the moment and is very clean, modern and large.
There are two bedrooms in the flat both with there own bathroom and spacous living area.
Great for couples or a single. Asking 1500 SGD
We are a young American couple that moved here April 1 2010. We are hoping to find another flat mate quickly so we can sign on the apartment.
