Looking for one roommate to move into a fancy condo
i am looking for one easy-going, relaxed, clean and fun roommate who is willing to share a 3 bedroom apt in a cool east-coast condo (for ex. the Costa del Sol / Bayshore Condo). respect to each other is a must! no apt there found yet - move in sometime end of april/early may.
start with 12 months lease - open to extend if all goes well. 3rd room for guestroom / office / storage. max. 5200 SGD for both of us for rent incl. electricity/internet/furniture, etc.. flexible who will get the master bedroom and (kind of) how to split rent.
about me; 27 year old swissy, single who works in the finance sector close to vivo. open-end contract and recently moved here. i surely want to explore asia while I am here but still have a chilled place to live.
whether expats or locals, whether male or female doesen't matter. age range 25-35, professional preferred
