I've lived with few housemates, and I'd say I'm a pretty cool housemate - easy going, sociable, house proud and I respect others individualism and privacy. I'm a working professional in Shenton Way.


Here's my wish list for my new place:
- Tennis Court (this is a must as I play tennis)
- Swimming Pool
- Clean (If the place is tastefully done, that's a bonus)
- If it is out of the city, must be near MRT and bus stops
- Great easy going housemates!


My budget is for all inclusive, meaning rent, utilities, house helper, etc.... (I'd like to pay an agreed sum monthly as I don't like to scrunitise bills and question every penny. So, if the bills are less than what I pay, it's fine by me. If the bills are more than what I pay, let me know how much it is. Like I said, I'm easy-going, so long that everything is fair, I'm cool).


I prefer to live in the city area, so I don't mind paying more. The further the place is from the city, the less rent I'm looking for (to offset my transportation cost).


Rent I'm looking for is between 600 (outside of city area) to 1,000 (city area).


I need to move in by 1st August.

I'm open to places no further away from the following MRT stations:
- On NorthEast line: Novena/Newton
- On West line: Buona Vista
- On East line: Simei (don't mind staying this far as I quite like walking to the east coast beach)
