In our course, Introduction to Business Law, you will be able to learn how a general contracts, agreements are being structured. You will also be able to go through a real contract or agreement and understand what you should look out for in order to protect yourself. You will have a clearer picture of General Singapore Law and Singapore Company Law, Employment Law, Property Law Tenant and Landlord and Franchise Law.
Unlike other courses that teach you legal theory, this course will focus on the many practical legal issues you will face as a business owner. Legal Theory will be kept to a minimum. The rest of the course will be devoted to practical discussions Q&A and reviews of actual agreements.
