We have a nice cosy and well furnished common room to rent in an executive masionette apartment at NOVENA. It is a newer and spacious HDB. Very centralised and minutes away from city.
The place has a nice decor and cosy and welcoming atmosphere!!!
It is fully furnished with every basic necessity required.
All the bills have to be shared though (internet, cable and maid clean up, which i think shouldnt go above 200 - 250 dollars. )
All in all it is a perfectly peaceful place to live in and not to miss the other 2 flatmates
We both are female working professionals, North Indians who work very hard on weekdays... and quite sociable on weekends...
