My name's Ben. I am a local and I work as a telephone operator.
My father is a Malaysian but moved back to Penang with the whole family due to high inflation in Singapore.
I am looking for a place between 1 to 5min walking distance to Chai Chee Technopark (Bedok).
Looking to share a room at $200-$250max or at most $300 for a single unshared small common room.
The above quoted price should already include:
- water/electricity/gas PUB bills.
- MUST have WiFi (Your own home broadband or wireless@sg)
- furnished with at least a mattress, fan and small cupboard/rack to hang clothes.
- allows shared use of washing machine, toilet
- light cooking (noodles) will be a plus
I am willing to help out with household chores, look after kids and also pets if you need me to.
(I prefer to move in at the earliest time possible, but can wait at my friend's place till 15 June 08 if you still have tenants)
