Our Standard Condiments:
Popiah skin or Kueh Pie Tee cup, sweet sauce, chilli, garlic, beansprouts, chinese parsley / coriander,
lettuce, turnips, nuts, eggs & prawn for a taste of Peranankan.
To assemble Popiah -
. Place a skin on a plate and spread the toping in this order: a little sweet black sauce, garlic paste and chillie paste
. Add a piece of lettuce, some bean sprouts, shredded cucumber and a heaped spoonful of filling
. Top with some Chinese sausages, egg omelette, prawns. Sprinkle over with some Chinese parsley and crispy garlic and fold into a neat roll
. Cut and serve
